Who we are

Prime Build Services Ltd is a building company registered in England and Wales, based at 11a St Mary's Street, St Neots, PE19 2TA. We are the data controller for the personal information described below. Contact us at primebuild9@gmail.com or 07482 244276.

What we collect

When you use the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the description of the work you give us. If you call or email us, we hold whatever contact details and job details you provide. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a price for the work, carry out any job you go ahead with, and keep records of completed work including anything covered by the 6-month workmanship guarantee. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract once you engage us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is needed to do the job or run the business: sub-contracted trades working on your project, suppliers delivering materials to your address, our accountant, and our website, email and enquiry-handling providers. Those providers process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years, in line with our accounting and legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work, and it embeds a Google Map on the contact page, which is served by Google and may set its own cookies. Where we use analytics to understand which pages are read, the data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, and object to us using it. Email primebuild9@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
